How do I place an Ad (Sell my Car)?
To post an ad On AR-Auto, all you need is Free AR-Auto Login (Registration). If you do not have one, Sign-Up now.
Once you've registered and signed in:
- Click on the 'Sell new item' link at the top of the page.
- Choose the Category and Subcategory.
- Choose the Ad type:
- Gold Ad always shows first in any list and can be visible at the right side of any page as picture, price and short description
- Featured Ad always shows after Gold Ads in any list and can be visible at the bottom of any page as short description and price
- Pictured Ad always shows after Featured Ads in list
- Text Ad shows only after Pictured in list and does not contain picture
- Fill in information about your Ad and press 'Continue' .
- You can upload a photo if you have one and Ad type allows picture. Remember: Only the first uploaded image of Gold Ad will be shown on all pages. Once you have entered your photo location click 'Upload'. After uploading press 'Complete posting pictures'.
- You can review all uploaded images and remove any picture from the list. Press 'Continue'.
- When you're done, we'll show you a preview of what your ad will look like. If you are satisfied with your Ad click 'Complete posting Ad' (for Dealer) or 'Process to secure payment' (for Regular user).
Your ad should appear on our site immediately. You can edit your ad at any time.
Important: If you receive error messages but don't correct them, your ad won't be posted.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Log in and you can view, edit, or delete any or all of your ads.
- Editing an ad: Click on the 'Edit' link to the right of the ad. You'll be taken to the ad form. Use this ad form to update any of the fields, add a photo and change your ad description. Once you have made your changes click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the form. The new version will replace the old one.
Please note:
- You're allowed to change ad info only within first 7 days after post.
- Editing an ad will not extend the ad listing period.
- Deleting an ad: Click on the 'Delete' link to the right of the ad. Once you delete an ad, it can't be recovered.
There is no Category for vehicle I want to sell. What should I do?
If there is no category for vehicle and/or item you are looking to sell, you may place your Ad in 'Other' subcategory or send us an Email: webmaster@ar-auto.com.
